Listening to Markdown

  1. Choose a .md file above.
  2. Press play, or click any sentence to start there.

What gets read, and what doesn't

Headings, list items and table rows are each read as their own line, so structure comes through as pauses. Code blocks, images, link addresses, HTML tags, footnote markers and the symbols used for bold, italics and headings are left out, so you hear the words rather than the markup.

Notes apps

Notes from Obsidian, Logseq and other Markdown-based apps open as they are. From Notion, export a page as Markdown. Several files can be combined by pasting them into Paste text.
